Every tier’s commission, listing cap, and feature set is published in the Vendor Agreement. No silent rate changes — 30 days notice on any commercial term.

Membership FAQ
Do I have to pay for a membership to list?
No. The entry tier is free. Paid tiers reduce your per-booking commission and unlock priority placement on category pages and search results — they pay for themselves once you hit a regular booking cadence.
What’s included at each tier?
Tiers differ by commission rate, number of active listings, featured placement on /stores/, and access to advanced reporting in your WCFM dashboard. Specifics for the live commercial offer live on the membership cards above; long-form terms in the Vendor Agreement.
Can I cancel mid-cycle?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, then drop to the free tier. Your store, listings, and historical bookings stay intact.
Are membership fees refundable?
Pro-rated refunds on the unused portion of an annual plan within the first 14 days. After that, fees are non-refundable but you keep service until cycle end. Full terms in our refund policy.
Where can I see my current bookings & payouts?
Once logged in, your vendor dashboard shows live bookings, upcoming trip dates, payout queue, and message threads with hikers. Monthly statements export as CSV.
